This weekend is going to start « Primavera in Ogliastra« , that is considered the spring version of renowned event « Autunno in Barbagia ». Different places and period, but the event’s goal remains intact: to show Sardinian traditions by events, excursions, art, culture, folklore, history, craftsmanship, food and wine and much more.
The first date will be in Girasole, a small town, just a few kilometers away from the Arbatax Park Resort. For the occasion, Girasole will open its « pratzas » (Sardinian term meaning: courtyards of the homes) to visitors to discover the ancient traditions and to taste several local dishes: sea and land starters, cheese and wine tasting, « burrida », « cocoi prenas », « sebadas » and the scrumptious « culurgionis ogliastrini ».
