The Bandiera Blu (Blue Flag) is an important international award, which it recognizes the quality of waters and the respect for the environment and the sustainable tourism. This special prize is awarded by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) and this year the beaches awarded in Italy are increased, in Sardinia there are 43 prized beaches of which 9 are in Ogliastra and they are very close to Arbatax Park Resort:
