This weekend is going to start “Primavera in Ogliastra“, that is considered the spring version of renowned event “Autunno in Barbagia”. Different places and period, but the event’s goal remains intact: to show Sardinian traditions by events, excursions, art, culture, folklore, history, craftsmanship, food and wine and much more.

The first date will be in Girasole, a small town, just a few kilometers away from the Arbatax Park Resort. For the occasion, Girasole will open its “pratzas” (Sardinian term meaning: courtyards of the homes) to visitors to discover the ancient traditions and to taste several local dishes: sea and land starters, cheese and wine tasting, “burrida”, “cocoi prenas”, “sebadas” and the scrumptious “culurgionis ogliastrini”.
