3NO THANKS TO MANAGEMENT AT ALL. The only thanks I would like to give is to a member of the wait staff at the buffet restaurant that was outdoors in the Telis hotel. Lot is his name and if you want a word of advice you should hire him for management. Unlike the woman who treated us like scum and ruined our vacation. Lot checked on us, apologized for what happened. Anytime he saw us it was with a smile and he would come over and say “I hope your stay is getting better” “I hope you are enjoying this day”. He was an absolute angel on this trip from hell.
