This year too the wonderful Ogliastra’s “Tacchi” mountains will be the starring role of the XVII Tacchi Festival edition, one of the most important cultural festival in Sardinia.
From the 1st to the 10th of August Jerzu and Ulassai, with their wonderful and stunning natural sceneries, will be stage for the famous artists who chose Sardinia to show their theatrical performances. From theatre to ballet, from circus to music passing through literature with “Books on stage”. A wide selection of activities addressed to the public, oriented to the promotion and to the territory’s discovery: guided tours, laboratory, yoga lessons en plen-air, wine and food tours thanks to the local cultural and tourist associations.
Between the stars of this XVII Festival edition Marco Paolini, Lella Costa and the Neapolitan Toni Servillo who comes back to Sardinia to fascinate his public thanks to the reading of “The Day of Judgment” by Salvatore Satta, one of the most important work of the XX century that George Steiner describes “ one of the loneliness masterpiece of the modern literature”.
